Shipping Information

Return Policy

• ALL returns require an RGA number. Please call us to request a number for all returns.
• No returns after 30 days from our SHIPPING date.
• There are no returns on electrical parts.
• Re-Stocking charge of 25% on all authorized returns.
• If parts were shipped FREE FREIGHT, then the cost of the freight charges will be deducted on top of the restocking charges.
• Buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs.
• New items MUST be unused and must be in original, salable condition without cosmetic or other damage of any kind to be returnable.

Order Processing

We process orders Monday through Friday 7:00am-4:00pm US Eastern Time and are closed on major holidays. Orders for shipped and back ordered items will be charged in full immediately when orders are placed. In stock item orders placed before 10:00am Pacific Time should ship out the same day. Orders after 2:00pm may be processed on the next business day. If expedited shipping is needed, and it is past 10am, please give us a call to ensure the item may be shipped out the same day.

Privacy Policy

The info we collect.
If you place an order with us, we ask for and collect your name and address(es), both billing and shipping, telephone number, e-mail address and purchase data. We (J.N. Equipment) do not collect sensitive information such as credit card numbers. We use Google Shopping Cart. Google collects and secures payment information. Please see Googles privacy policy for more information.

Use of Info.
We use the collected information to process your order. We do not retain any sensitive data. Your other data is retained and generally used to respond to your requests and communicate with you. In the future we may offer the opt-in option to be contacted about promotions and other specials.

Aggregate Data and Information Usage.
In addition to personal information, we also collect and retain information about the products sold, the Web pages viewed and files downloaded by our Web site visitors. We use this data in an aggregate form to see customer paths through the Web site as well as behavior patterns. With this information we work to improve your experience on our site. Our Web servers collect information automatically about each guest who views our Web pages. This includes info such as; guest computers IP (Internet protocol) address(es), browser type and version, length of stay. We use this info to also improve this site. Occasionally we may provide portions of this aggregate data to consultants to help us with site improvements or to plan for improvements.

Information Sharing.
We do NOT distribute your information outside of our organization! We respect your privacy and want you to come back! We think you are worth much more in the long-term than a quick buck today. We do not rent, sell or otherwise dispense your information to a third party.

This does not necessarily mean we endorse those sites, companies / organizations or individuals. We are not responsible for their privacy policies, terms of use or other policies. Additionally Please be aware that whenever you post to a message board, use chat, send e-mail etc., the data is usually publicly accessible and is not normally encrypted so take great care in not disclosing personal information.
