51-201C Resin (Mold) Casting 2.5 Gallon Pressure Pot. C.A. Technologies 51-201C Resin (Mold) Casting Chamber 2.5 gallon Non-ASME pressure pot (Tank) from C.A.T. is constructed of heavy gauge steel. Used for resin casting, mold casting, and pressure leak testing. Unlike paint pots these pots do not have a pick up tube. This non-agitated pot is teflon coated inside and out. An aluminum removable inner liner is available. The pot has wheels for maneuverability or optional stationary feet.

    This pressure pot does not have a vacuum rating. Check with the material manufacturer for a recommendation for degassing to see if this pressure pot will work for your application. This pot has use in certain resin casting.

    The 51-201C is designed for long-term holding pressure as Casting can take several hours at a time. On top of that the 51-201C lacks the fluid pick-up tube which would be required to spray paint.

    Dimension of inside chamber: approximately  8 1/2 inches Deep, 10 1/2 inch Diameter.

    80 psi is the maximum pressure this pressure pot will accept before the safety relief valve pops off.
