  • All 3 lines must be submerged in liquid even if lines are not in use / dial set to 0. (to prevent air bubbles)
  • In order to run 100%, it is best to drop BOTH 3/8 lines into your water tanks and “double draw”. This will give you best results and full flow.

  • 3 inlet ports in total (bottom of image):
  1. Water port  – 1/2″ barb
  2. Surfactant port (smaller center barb) – 1/4″ barb
  3. SH / Chlorine or Hydrogen Peroxide – 1/2″ barb
  • Each inlet has an independent check valve to stop undesired mixing.
  • 3 Chlorine Metering Valves – designed for chlorine/bromine application
  • 1/2″ outlet barb (top of image)

*Hastelloy C276 is a nickel-molybdenum-chromium superalloy with an addition of tungsten designed to have excellent corrosion resistance in a wide range of severe environments.
** 4 GPM model cannot draw from all 3 lines at the same time, but it could be used to mix only water & SH but keep the surfactant valve closed.

Its just the overall ratio so you can adjust for your concentration. For example if we assume 10% chlorine, then a 50:50 mix would result in 5% chlorine in the final mix. While let's say water on 5 and chlorine on 2 (71% water to 29% Chlorine) would result in a 2.9% chlorine final concentration. Because 29% of 10 is 2.9.

Similarly a 12.5% chlorine strength on this same setting would result in 3.6% chlorine final concentration. Because 29% of 12.5 is 3.6.

These are not designed for gasoline powered systems. Although the concept should work, most gas powered systems have to bypass when not spraying, where 12v models do not.
